Most recent 2 full months bank statements, all pages showing enough in reserves and funds to close.
Most recent mortgage statement for all properties you own.
Most recent HOA statement ( if any) for all properties you own.
Declaration page of your home owner’s insurance for all properties you own.
One Quarterly or two monthly 401k or pension statements to show reserves (not needed if your bank account has enough funds to show reserves).
Lease agreement for any rental property you own.
Front and back copy of Driver’s License for all borrowers.
