What we do
Save Financial originates every common California residential and investor loan program:

Why a broker beats a bank
Save Financial is a mortgage brokerage, not a depository bank. That structural difference means we operate with significantly less overhead — no branch network to staff, no salaried bankers carrying quotas, no expensive television marketing to fund. We use wholesale rate sheets from 20+ lender partners and pass that lower cost structure to California borrowers as better pricing.
In practice, that typically means wholesale pricing better rates on conforming loans, wholesale jumbo pricing loans, and meaningful improvements on non-QM and investor loans where wholesale pricing diverges most from retail.
